A new "authentic smoked" snack made from Setouchi fish.We used pike conger and Sanuki Samon from the prefecture, and finished with olive leaf powder.The taste of local fish, the scent of smoked meat, and the chewy texture go well with wine or sour. Enjoy 3 flavors (salmon, spicy, cheese) at your favorite timing.
