Peaches
Mellow aroma and melting soft flesh. Seasonal feeling that can only be enjoyed for a very short period of summer. For that reason, peach is a particularly popular fruit. It is said to have been introduced to Japan during the Jomon period in the upper Yellow River in China. In the beginning, flowers were more prized than they were, and in the Edo period many kinds of flowers and trees were cultivated. The cultivation of fruits began to flourish around the beginning of the Meiji era, and full-scale production began in Kagawa in 11. Since there is little rain and the sunshine is long, high-quality peach can be removed. Of these, those that are rated as the highest grade with an average sugar content of 12.0 degrees or higher by an optical sensor type sorting machine that can also inspect the internal quality (sugar content etc.) are sold as "Sanuki Sansui Fruit".

It is best to put the peach in the refrigerator 1-2 hours before eating. If it is too cold, both taste and aroma will fall. If the thighs are still hard, wait for them to soften at room temperature before placing them in the refrigerator.
