Kagawa Pork
In order to produce better tasting and higher quality pork, Kagawa Prefecture is home to not only the standard three-way crossbred pig (created from the crossbreeding of three different pig breeds), but also brand-name pigs. These pigs are fed using the prefecture’s own resources (such as udon noodles) and are raised with love and care using specialist farming techniques.
