Aonori (dried green seaweed)
In Kagawa, Sanuki City’s Shido Bay has an active aquaculture industry. Aquaculture has also started in the Ajicho district of Takamatsu City, as well as Utazu Town, and the revenue from this industry increases by the year. There are high expectations for aonori as a new prefectural product.
