Olive products from Kagawa Prefecture

This is a local retort curry from Shodoshima.
Taking advantage of "Olive Fruit" from Shodoshima, we added plenty of vegetables and finished the green curry with stimulating spiciness in sweetness. We use olive fruits, red peppers, eggplants and bamboo shoots as ingredients.
