Olive products from Kagawa Prefecture

Junmai Ginjo Sake brewed with "Sanuki Olive Yeast" by cutting 55% of the sake rice variety "Ooseto" cultivated in Kagawa Prefecture.
It has an elegant scent like muscat fruit, is fresh and has a good sharpness, and has a good overall balance. Although it has the taste of "Kawazuru" sake, it also has a fruity taste.The back mouth has a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of olives, which is a characteristic of this sake.
