Olive products from Kagawa Prefecture

Overturning the dogma that "sea creatures do not eat hill plants", after many twists and turns, we succeeded in feeding abalone with olive leaves and squeezed oil.
Then, the olive leaves grown in Mitoyo are powdered and fed with the natural wakame seaweed grown in the Shonai Peninsula.
Therefore, it grows into a fragrant olive abalone filled with "polyphenols".
