Olive products from Kagawa Prefecture

Each sake uses a different yeast extracted from olives from the local island of Shodoshima. The rice used is also Ooseto sake rice from the local Kagawa prefecture. "Nagara" and "Hoshigajo no Sora" are products developed as part of the Regional Food and Agriculture Collaboration Project Promotion Initiative in fiscal years 4 and 5, respectively. "Nagara" won the Governor's Award at the 2023 Kagawa Prefectural Products Competition, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award at the Excellent Hometown Food Competition, the Kuramaster 2024 Platinum Award, and the 2024 Gold Award. "Hoshigajo no Sora" won the Platinum Award in the Kuramaster XNUMX Junmai Sake Division, and was also selected as the TOP brand in the Junmai Sake Division.
