Handmade Udon Santoku

It is made with white miso, and the mochi is red mochi and filled with red bean paste. You can do that too. The ingredients are shimeji mushrooms and carrots, and the final topping is chicken meat (tulips), which is inspired by Kagawa's bone-in chicken. Finally, I put a little bit of chopped yuzu peel on top for flavoring.
