``New Year's Tempura Udon'', which will be on sale from the beginning of the year, is a red and white udon with seven types of tempura assorted ingredients, including shrimp and kintoki ginseng, a specialty of Kagawa prefecture.We do not use any chemical seasonings and provide ``safe taste'' with additive-free soup stock.For an additional 7 yen, you can add red umeboshi (pickled plums) made from organically grown plums over a period of 100 years as a topping.
