Our chefs offer creative cuisine and seafood dishes that make generous use of local ingredients and go well with local sake. We use only young Olive Yellowtail from Okada Suisan, a certified producer located just east of Takamatsu that delivers straight to our restaurant every morning. our shabu-shabu hotpot, yellowtail is lightly swished through hot flavorful dashi broth and eaten while still tender. chazuke(green tea poured over rice and condiments) but for this time-limited campaign, we are offering a choice of nigiri-zushi instead. Be sure to mention you want the shabu-shabu course with nigiri-zushi when you reserve.
