Cut the eggplant, red and yellow paprika into 1cm cubes
Boil the asparagus in advance and cut it into 1cm pieces. -
Add olive oil to a deep frying pan, add garlic and ginger, turn on the heat, stir-fry until fragrant, add onions, add a pinch of salt, and stir-fry further.

When the onion from ② has softened and turned light brown, add the minced meat and stir-fry until it becomes crispy.
Add the boiled barley into small pieces and fry for a while, then add the eggplant, red and yellow paprika and fry. -

Add canned tomato boiled in water (if whole, mash beforehand) to ④ and mix.
Add water and soup stock and mix. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes while stirring occasionally. -
Add chopped curry roux, sauce and ketchup to ⑤ and mix well.

Finally, add yogurt, mix and simmer while adjusting the moisture.
Add asparagus and simmer for about 1 minute.
