Three types of sake that have been developed to match Uton and dashi.

[Ayakiku Sake Brewery]
The sake brewery is designated as a tangible cultural property of Kagawa Prefecture, and general tours are accepted at any time.
Since its establishment, the company has been working on sake brewing with a focus on rice grown in the prefecture, which was brought up in rich water.
Abundant underground water with the same quality as before is the key to sake brewing.
Ayakiku Sake Brewery
A pure rice sake made from 100% rice Oidemai from Ayagawa Town, Kagawa Prefecture.It has a soft texture and a plump, rounded taste that goes well with the taste of udon soup stock.

[Nishino Kinryo]
Located at the base of Konpira-san and sells various brands of sake. Tasting is also possible.
"Kinryo no Sato" has a sake brewery and a history museum that remain as they were when they were founded.
Okunusu, a sacred sake sacred tree, is about 900 years old. The towering figure is just the highlight.
Nishino Kinryo
Established in 1789, the first year of Kansei. It has been called "Sanki no Konpira Sake" since the Edo era, and has been drunk as a sacred sake of "Kompira-gu Shrine" by people who come from inside and outside the prefecture. Sake that has been adjusted in sourness and aroma to match the taste of udon broth has a sharp and refreshing drink.

Shodoshima Sake Brewery
Established in 17. Shodoshima's only sake brewery, an island floating in the Seto Inland Sea. Most of the work is done by hand, making sake that makes use of Toji's personality. Even after eating udon, the scent of koji remains in the mouth, and sake with a strong umami has a mellow body and is especially popular with women.
