A special nigiri-zushi set prepared by the expert sushi chef at Iso no Chaya, our hotel restaurant. Each piece is prepared with extra care from fresh fish caught in the Hiuchi basin, including olive-fed yellowtail and porgy, Ariake conger eel, big fin reef squid, and whiting cured with kombu and vinegar.
