Theme for February 2nd’s is “Fermentation”.
Fermented seasonings such as Miso and Soy Sauce and dishes made from fermented foods are sold.
Cold weather in January is the best season to produce delicious Miso and everyone used to make Miso by themselves in winter. On February 2nd, we have a workshop of Soy Bean Miso production.
