Located in Takamatsu 's popular pub district, Itohan opened 16 years ago as a laid-back sushi shop. The owner-chef draws on two decades of experience in the sushi field to prepare fish in the tastiest ways. He also offers a great selection of sake from both Kagawa and other parts of Japan. Many people like to finish off a round of the pubs by dropping in for some of Itohan 's sushi. Counter seats are a great spot for watching the master at work.
