The owner-chef not only carries on the skills and approach of his forerunner who founded this Japanese restaurant 40 years ago, but also offers his own creative cuisine. His Sanuki Chirashi-zushi (assorted toppings on a bed of sushi rice) is a masterpiece made with seasonal fish and produce from Kagawa (formerly called Sanuki).
