Sanuki Marche concept

• A place for people in and outside the prefecture to know about Kagawa's ingredients
• To become a meeting place for creators (producers), communicators (cooks, greengrocers, etc.), and users (consumers) to create new products and events.

Shops currently recruiting

• Fresh producers (vegetables, fruits, flowers, plants, seafood)
• A grocery store and a fish shop that specializes in local fresh produce
• Processed food manufacturers
• A restaurant that offers dishes using local ingredients, especially those who propose delicious ways to eat the ingredients of those who are opening stores
• Shops dealing with miscellaneous goods related to food
• Sanuki's local cuisine
• Those who offer a menu using Kagawa ingredients (We are also looking for participation from outside the prefecture)
• Books about Sanuki's food and lifestyle (about 1 store every week)
