Sunday 1st September is “Condiment Marche”, featuring Kagawa’s local seasonings.
Condiments made in Kagawa, such as sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, miso, are deeply linked to the local food culture.
Watch out for these locally-produced condiments and the menus cooked with them!
