1st September Workshop: Let’s make Wasanbon sweets!

At SANUKI MARCHE Workshop, you can learn about local food and crafts unique to Kagawa.
With the theme being condiments, we will invite Sanuki Wasanbon manufacturer HIYORI, to teach us how to make traditional Wasanbon sweets.
Using wooden molds created by the last-remaining wood-carver in Shikoku, you can make your own Wasanbon sweets.
Please enjoy Kagawa’s unique food culture that has lasted since the Edo period.

Time: 10am – 3pm available upon request
Participation Fee: 500 yen
Venue: sanuki wasanbon HIYORI Booth at Sanuki Marche
* No reservation needed: please apply directly at the booth on the day.
* You don’t need to bring anything.
