Uoshin is famous for its tuna filleting shows held every second and fourth Sunday of the month using domestic hatchery-raised tuna. Here you can enjoy every kind of seafood cuisine day and night, including tuna of course. Our yellowtail is delivered directly by fishermen from eastern Kagawa and filleted on the day to ensure maximum freshness. We recommend adding a dash of lemon to the yellowtail nigiri-zushi for a refreshing accent. Check out our takeout menu as well.
