Olive products from Kagawa Prefecture

We use the rib and thigh meat of Olive Yume pork from Kagawa Prefecture. This is a satisfying cutlet sandwich that takes advantage of the sweetness and light flavor unique to Olive Yumebuta, while sandwiching pork cutlet with a soft texture.
